Once logged in you'll see your spaces listed. Click on your venue to open it in the Workspace editor.

Understanding the Workspace
The left sidebar gives you access to all your tools — Tags, Burger Menu, Highlight Reel, Map, Panorama, Media, and more. The right side shows your live tour preview.

In the left sidebar click Tags. This opens your full tag library showing all existing tags organized by floor.

Navigate to the location you want to tag
Move through your tour to the exact scan position where you want to place a tag. Get the view right before adding — the tag will be placed at your current position.
3
Add a new tag
Click the + Add button in the Tags panel. Choose your tag type — Label, Info, Navigation, or Media. Fill in the tag name and any content, then position it in the tour view.
4
Edit an existing tag

5
Delete a tag
Click the tag in the list to select it, then look for the delete/trash icon in the tag settings panel. Confirm the deletion. Remember to Save after.
Important: Tags are organized by Floor. Make sure you're on the correct floor when adding tags to keep things organized.

Used to name spaces — suite numbers, room names, concession stands. Best for simple identification.

Add detailed information, hours, contact details, or descriptions. Can include images and links.

Links that teleport visitors to another location in the tour. Used for wayfinding between floors and spaces.

1
Open the Media panel
Click Media in the left sidebar to access your media library where all uploaded assets are stored.
2
Upload your media
Click the upload button and select your images or video files. Supported formats include JPG, PNG, MP4, and PDF. Keep file sizes reasonable for fast loading.
3
Attach media to a tag or space
Navigate to the location, create or edit an Info tag, and select your uploaded media from the library to attach it. Visitors will see the media when they click the tag.
4
Virtual Staging
The Virtual Staging option in the sidebar lets you overlay content and branding directly onto your tour spaces. Great for adding sponsor logos or seasonal content.
Tip: Use high quality images (at least 1920px wide) for the best visual result in your tour.
📤
Sharing Your Tour
Share your virtual tour via direct link, embed it on your website, or use deeplinks for specific spaces
1
Share your full tour link
Your tour has a permanent public URL that you can share anywhere — email, social media, WhatsApp, your website. Anyone with the link can view the full tour with no login required.
2
Embed on your website
Click the Link icon at the top of the Workspace to access your embed code. Copy the iframe code and paste it into your website's HTML where you want the tour to appear.
3
Share a specific space
Use Ctrl + Y to grab a deeplink for any specific location and share that directly. Perfect for sending a suite or club link to a potential client.
4
Check your analytics
Click the Analytics icon (chart) at the top of the Workspace to view visits, sessions, users, and average time spent in your tour. Great for tracking engagement.
Pro tip: Share deeplinks to premium suites and clubs with your sales team so they can send prospects directly to those spaces — it's a powerful selling tool.
🎬
Highlight Reel
Set up and manage the intro video or reel that plays when visitors first open your tour
1
Open the Highlight Reel panel
Click Highlight Reel in the left sidebar of your Workspace. This controls the intro experience visitors see when they first land on your tour.
2
Add or replace your reel content
Upload a video or select a sequence of scan positions to create an auto-play highlight reel. This is your first impression — make it count with your best spaces.
3
Set the reel duration and order
Arrange the order of your highlight positions and set how long each one displays before moving to the next. Keep it short and impactful — 15 to 30 seconds is ideal.
4
Save and preview
Click Save, then use the Play button at the top of the Workspace to preview exactly what visitors will see when they open your tour for the first time.
Pro tip: Feature your most premium spaces in the highlight reel — suites, clubs, and the main bowl view. It sets expectations and drives interest immediately.
🖼️
Intro Screen
Customize the splash screen visitors see before they enter your virtual tour
1
Find the Intro Screen setting
In the left sidebar click Intro Screen under Digital Twin Studio. This is the first screen visitors see — typically showing your venue logo and a call to action like "Enter Tour".
2
Upload your intro image or video
Add a background image or video for your intro screen. Use a high quality photo of your venue or a branded graphic. Recommended size is 1920 x 1080px.
3
Update your logo and button text
Upload your venue logo and customize the entry button text — e.g. "Explore the Arena", "Enter Tour", or "Discover [Venue Name]".
4
Save and preview
Click Save and use the Play button to preview the full intro experience. Make sure it looks sharp on both desktop and mobile.
Tip: The intro screen is a great place to put seasonal messaging, upcoming event details, or sponsor logos.
🗺️
Map
Enable and configure the floor map that helps visitors orient themselves within your venue
1
Open the Map panel
Click Map in the left sidebar. Here you can upload your venue floor plan and configure how it appears to visitors in the tour.
2
Upload your floor plan
Upload a clean floor plan image for each level of your venue. PNG with transparent background works best. Your Beyond Virtual Tours team can help prepare these if needed.
3
Enable the map for visitors
Toggle the map visibility on so visitors can access it during their tour. The map icon will appear in the tour interface allowing visitors to see where they are at all times.
4
Pin scan locations to the map
Link specific scan positions to points on your floor plan so when a visitor clicks a location on the map it teleports them directly there in the tour.
Tip: A well-configured map dramatically improves the visitor experience — especially in large multi-level venues. Contact your Beyond team to help set this up properly.
🌐
Panorama
Manage panoramic views and control how visitors experience your spaces in 360°
1
Open the Panorama panel
Click Panorama in the left sidebar. This gives you control over how individual scan positions are presented and experienced by visitors.
2
Set a default view angle
For any scan position you can set the default angle visitors land on when they arrive at that location. Navigate to the angle you want, then save it as the default for that scan.
3
Switch between Dollhouse, Floorplan, and Inside views
The layers icon in your tour viewer lets visitors switch between the immersive inside view, a dollhouse 3D overview, and a floorplan view. You can control which of these are available.
Tip: For premium suite presentations, set the default panorama angle to face the most impressive view — the bowl, the stage end, or the suite interior features.
🔷
Polygons
Draw and define specific areas within your tour to highlight zones, restricted areas, or points of interest
1
Open the Polygons panel
Click Polygons in the left sidebar. Polygons let you draw shapes over areas of your tour floor plan to define zones — great for highlighting suites, premium areas, or restricted access zones.
2
Draw a new polygon
Click + Add and then click points around the area you want to define on the floor plan. Connect the last point back to the first to close the shape. Give it a name and colour.
3
Assign an action to your polygon
Each polygon can be linked to a deeplink or action — so when a visitor clicks on a highlighted zone in the map it teleports them directly to that space in the tour.
4
Save your polygons
Click Save at the bottom of the panel. Your polygons will appear as highlighted zones on the floor map in the live tour.
Pro tip: Use polygons to colour-code different seating tiers or premium zones on your map — it gives visitors instant visual context of the venue layout.
📐
Measurements
Use the measurement tool to capture accurate dimensions within your scanned spaces
1
Open the Measurements panel
Click Measurements in the left sidebar. This tool lets you measure distances and dimensions directly within your 3D scan — incredibly useful for event planning and space management.
2
Take a measurement
Navigate to the space you want to measure. Click your first point, then your second point — the platform will calculate the distance between them and display it in your preferred unit.
3
Save and label your measurements
Give each measurement a label so you can reference it later — e.g. "Suite 9 Width", "Stage to First Row". Saved measurements can be accessed anytime from this panel.
Great for: Event planning, furniture layout, AV equipment placement, accessibility compliance, and sharing accurate dimensions with vendors or contractors.
Virtual Staging
Overlay branded content, furniture, signage, or seasonal visuals directly onto your tour spaces
1
Open Virtual Staging
Click Virtual Staging in the left sidebar. This powerful feature lets you add overlays — images, graphics, or branding — that appear directly within your tour spaces as if they're physically there.
2
Navigate to your target space
Move to the exact scan position where you want to add your staged content. The overlay will be anchored to this position in 3D space.
3
Upload and place your content
Upload your image or graphic — sponsor logos, event banners, seasonal decorations, furniture mockups — and position it within the space. Resize and rotate to fit naturally.
4
Save and preview
Click Save then preview your tour to see how the staged content looks to visitors. Make adjustments as needed until it looks natural and on-brand.
Ideas: Add sponsor logos to suite walls, overlay event banners in concourse areas, stage furniture in empty suites to show potential, or add seasonal branding for playoffs or concerts.
